Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is seeking proactive Graduates to join our Operations team in Leeds, working on projects across the UK. You'll be involved in field activities, from mobilisation to contract completion, and will relocate with project teams as required.

You'll gain hands-on training, develop skills in geotechnical site work, and contribute to safe, quality-driven project delivery while supporting client relations and cost control.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ground conditions, drilling and site investigation works.
• Good grasp of geotechnical processes and contract management; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites across the UK for project delivery and site works.
• Support day-to-day operational control of contracts; assist with safety, quality and cost control.
• Maintain commercial awareness to ensure successful project delivery and client relations.
• Communicate clearly with clients and regional teams; support on-site activities.
