Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is seeking motivated graduates to join the Operations team from our Leeds regional office, delivering projects across the UK. You'll gain hands-on training on mobilisation, site works, and contract completion while supporting safety, quality, and cost control.

Travel to sites and working away from home are part of the role. Candidates should understand ground conditions and geotechnical processes, with driving and client communication as key strengths.

Qualifications

• Candidates understand ground conditions and geotechnical processes.
• Experience with drilling and site investigation works is preferred.
• Strong communication and client liaison skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery on UK sites, logging core and monitoring.
• Assist day-to-day operational control of contracts with safety focus.
• Maintain commercial awareness and support client relations.
• Travel frequently to sites across the UK and work away as needed.
