Job summary

Plowman Craven is seeking a Surveyor to deliver diverse property surveying projects nationwide, from planning and data capture through to final deliverables. You’ll work with laser scanning, measured building surveying and topographical surveying to produce accurate outputs and support client needs.

With around two years of experience, you’ll develop technical skills across projects, collaborating with Lead Surveyors and Project Delivery teams. Flexible and remote working options may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with laser scanning and measured building surveys.
• Experience in topographical surveying.
• Strong technical knowledge of surveying equipment and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveying projects from planning to final delivery.
• Use laser scanning and measured building surveying to produce high-quality data.
• Collaborate with Lead Surveyors to select technologies and survey methodologies.
• Manage survey data in line with company procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure client-ready deliverables.
• Coordinate site logistics and communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and contribute to meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Share technical knowledge with colleagues and support development of junior surveyors.
