Job summary

Plowman Craven is seeking a skilled Property Surveyor to join our Digital Construction Property team, supporting nationwide projects from Harpenden and London offices. You will manage the full lifecycle of surveying projects, from planning and data collection through processing and delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy and safety.

You will work with Senior Surveyors and Project Delivery teams, applying laser scanning, topographical and measured building surveying techniques, and collaborating to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ surveying experience.
• Experience with laser scanning, topographical surveying and measured building surveying.
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveying and technical work to quality standards.
• Manage data collection, processing and delivery across projects.
• Collaborate with Senior Surveyors and Project Delivery teams.
• Mentor junior surveyors and share knowledge.
• Travel as required to client sites nationwide.
