Job summary

Ordnance Survey is seeking a Product Manager to lead the performance, evolution, and strategic direction of our product portfolio. You will manage the business performance and lifecycle of both new and existing products and steer the development of a balanced product roadmap to meet market demand, technical feasibility and affordability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing product performance or roadmaps in a customer‑focused environment (e.g., improving product metrics and guiding lifecycle).Knowledge of the UK address ecosystem is not essential but advantageous for OS Address products.Proven ability to work with stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage product performance across a portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Own product value propositions, lifecycle plans, and roadmaps balancing market, technical, and financial factors.
• Lead stakeholder communications to ensure clear understanding of product value and priorities.
• Support customer-centric delivery with marketing and communications teams to keep customers informed.
• Lead product reviews using KPIs to drive evidence-based decisions on development or withdrawal.
• Engage with user communities, customers, partners and external stakeholders for feedback and product improvements.
• Build relationships with operations and customer-facing teams to deliver roadmaps within service, cost, and revenue targets.
• Lead and develop a team when required, fostering innovation and accountability.
