Vision Survey in Crawley invites an experienced Senior Geospatial Manager to lead our geospatial division. You will guide teams, manage delivery, and work with senior leaders to shape strategy while maintaining client satisfaction.

This hybrid role emphasizes people leadership, operational performance and business growth, with a focus on innovation and quality. The successful candidate will develop client relationships, oversee budgets and contribute to forecasting and planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational, engineering, technical or delivery-focused teams.
• Strong people management and leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Experience managing operational performance, resources and workloads within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, utilisation, profitability or operational performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, influencing and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to drive organisational improvement and deliver change.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop managers, team leaders and technical teams across the geospatial division.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across the geospatial division, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Support business growth through client engagement, lead generation and opportunity development.
• Prepare and review budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
