Overview of role:

This role is integral to ensuring our sites consistently deliver exceptional food, service, compliance, and financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Working closely with Operations Managers, Site Managers, and support functions, you will provide operational guidance, project support, and hands‑on assistance across multiple catering contracts. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of building relationships with clients and teams while driving continuous improvement throughout the business.

Main Responsibilities:

Projects and Continuous Improvement

• Assist with implementation of new systems, processes, and best practices.
• Share successful initiatives and best practice across contracts.
• Drive, track and measure the impact of new initiatives innovation

Operational Support

• Support multiple sites or contracts, ensuring consistent delivery of operational standards.
• Support General Managers and site teams to deliver excellence across all areas.

Quality, Standards & Compliance

• Ensure all services comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Support the team onsite to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service across all operations.
• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold The Genuine Dining Company’s brand and reputation at every level.
