WSH Group is seeking a Support Chef Manager to drive regional menu innovation and mentor kitchen teams across the Midlands. You will lead culinary development while ensuring consistent quality and exceptional dining experiences across contracted sites.

Strong leadership and a track record in large-volume kitchens are essential. This role involves managing budgets, GP% and cost control, with travel between sites.

What you’ll do:
