The Genuine Dining Company is seeking a Support Operations Manager to join our London team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on maintaining high standards across multiple contracts, ensuring food quality, service excellence, and compliance while supporting site leaders.

You will collaborate with Operations Managers and site teams, lead projects, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in contract catering or hospitality.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Deep understanding of food service and hospitality standards.
• Strategic, hands-on problem solver with focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Projects and Continuous Improvement: implement new systems, processes, and best practices; share initiatives; measure impact of new ideas across contracts.
• Operational Support: assist multiple sites/contracts and ensure delivery of standards; support General Managers and site teams to deliver excellence.
• Quality, Standards & Compliance: ensure compliance with legal and company requirements; support audits and risk assessments; uphold brand standards.
