Evans Halshaw Genesis, Leeds

£32,000 basic salary with an OTE of £43,000, including a company car, pension, critical illness cover, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be a vital member of our innovative retail team, working with one of the most esteemed brands in the industry.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you’ll manage the sales process from initial enquiry to aftercare, providing exceptional customer experiences across the UK. You’ll be the reassuring presence throughout the customer journey, ensuring excellence at every stage. To support your success, you will receive first-class brand training and a structured 30-day internal training plan designed to make learning engaging and effective. Your Journey as a Personal Assistant:

  • Be a true ambassador for Genesis, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our brand’s market position, products, and services, and representing it with pride and excellence, ensuring customers are fully informed of all offers.
  • Proactively generate new customer enquiries by identifying business opportunities and building strong personal and professional relationships.
  • Create exceptional experiences for customers from initial enquiry through to aftercare.
  • Enhance brand awareness through social media, events, and online presence, keeping customers informed of brand and product news, ensuring their Genesis experience remains current and exciting.
  • Meet standards for providing fair financial advice and services, adhering to FCA regulations.

  • Has proficiency in creating unforgettable customer experiences and a strong drive to surpass sales and aftercare targets.
  • Has experience in managing brand awareness through events and promotions targeting luxury audiences.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building trust and rapport.
  • Is familiar with automotive and retail products/services, preferably within luxury brands.
  • Is confident with computer systems and holds a full UK driving licence, as travel across the UK for events and meetings will be required.
  • Is passionate about the automotive industry, our people, and our customers.
