Job summary

Edwards & Pearce is seeking a full-time HR Advisor for a long-established market leader in the FMCG sector. The role is office-based and covers HR generalist duties across the UK, including contracts, inductions, onboarding and offboarding, ER casework, absence and performance management, and HR admin.

You will support the HR and Talent team, pull information into reports, spot trends, and contribute to HR projects.

Qualifications

• ER casework knowledge and experience
• Good employment law knowledge
• 2 years HR experience at Advisor level or 1 year if in FMCG
• Experience in recruitment, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, ER, attendance management
• Experience with reports, data capture, and inputting details onto the system
• Exposure to HR projects
• Union exposure
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload
