Job summary

Edwards & Pearce is recruiting an ambitious HR Advisor to support the HR Director across daily HR activities. This hands-on role requires building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering practical HR solutions.

You will develop policies, gather data for trend analysis, and drive HR projects while maintaining a first-class HR service. Office-based with occasional travel, offering long-term progression with mentorship.

Qualifications

• CIPD level 3 (or working towards 5) or CIPD level 5 preferred.
• Strong up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Experience in employee relations, including leading meetings with managers.
• Experience in manufacturing or blue-collar environments with varied days.
• Minimum 2 years HR Advisor experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Team player with initiative and drive for development.
• Experience delivering engagement initiatives and training.
• Able to gather data, generate statistics and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Director with day-to-day HR activities and projects.
• Manage employee relations cases and absence/performance issues.
• Implement HR best practice and improve policies across the business.
• Analyse HR data, produce reports and identify trends for training.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide hands-on HR presence.
