Culina Group Limited operates a Crick site within Culina Chilled & Fresh, seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives for a busy ambient warehouse environment. You will support daily warehouse tasks, picking, loading and stock movement with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role runs on a 4 on/4 off days pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, with an hourly rate of £13.88. This is a hands-on role suited to team players in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• PPT experience desirable.
• Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong focus on health and safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable timekeeping and a positive, flexible approach to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
• Support inbound activity, including checking goods and moving products to the correct locations.
• Use PPT equipment where trained and authorised to do so.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and help ensure orders are completed to the required standard.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.

Job Description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join Culina Chilled & Fresh at our Crick site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Bread and Cake Distribution sites, you willsupport the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse by helping with picking, loading, inbound activity and general stock movement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and safety, and is comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off Days from 06:00 - 18:00

Salary: £13.88 per hour
