Job summary

Culina is seeking General Warehouse Operatives for our Crick site in a 4 on 4 off days pattern, 06:00–18:00. Salary is £13.88 per hour.

You will support picking, loading, inbound activity and stock movement within a fast-paced chilled & fresh distribution environment. We value accuracy, teamwork and safety, with a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities across Culina’s 100+ locations.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join Culina Chilled & Fresh at our Crick site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Bread and Cake Distribution sites, you willsupport the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse by helping with picking, loading, inbound activity and general stock movement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and safety, and is comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift pattern:4 on 4 off Days from 06:00 - 18:00

Salary:£13.88 per hour

What you'll be doing:

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
• Support inbound activity, including checking goods and moving products to the correct locations.
• Use PPT equipment where trained and authorised to do so.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and help ensure orders are completed to the required standard.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.

What we're looking for:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly within picking, loading, inbound or stock movement.
• PPT experience is desirable but not essential.
• A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A strong focus on health and safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable timekeeping and a positive, flexible approach to shift work.
