Job summary

Culina Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Bristol for our Nights Pick operation. This is a full-time, 4 on 4 off, 12-hour night shift from 19:00 to 07:00 in a chilled environment.

You will load, unload, and pick stock, scan pallets with RF guns, assemble customer orders, and maintain safety and housekeeping. Salary up to £32,697.51 per annum with a potential £2,500+ site bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and picking stock within the chilled warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Operate RF scanning to log pallets and trailers.
• Work to clear targets and KPIs.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol team, supporting our Warehouse Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full‑time, permanent position working 12‑hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary: £32,697.51 per annum

We also have a site bonus scheme that rewards colleagues for their performance. This can potentially increase earnings by an additional payment of £2,500+ per annum.

This role works on a banked hours contract.

What you'll be doing:

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
