Job summary

Culina Group Limited is hiring Warehouse Operatives for our Hoddesdon beverage warehouse operation. This full-time, permanent role is 5 nights in a 7, from 23:00 to 07:00, totaling 40 hours per week, with a salary package including 26,436.80 base and 4,192.56 night shift allowance.

You will pick stock, load pallets, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards while working closely with Team Leaders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance.
• PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Hoddesdon team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working any 5 in 7 Nights, 23:00 to 07:00, 40 hours per week

Salary: £26,436.80 Plus Night Shift Allowance of £4192.56
