Culina is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for our Chesterfield operation. You will lead a team of around 10 colleagues, drive productivity and ensure safety, quality and customer service standards are met daily.

You will motivate and develop staff, manage shifts, and collaborate with the Shift Manager to maintain smooth goods in and warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally within a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products within a Beer, Wines and Spirits operation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• A proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.
• Professional, approachable and supportive in the way you work with others.

Job Description

Warehouse Team Leader | Permanent Full-Time Opportunities

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift working 6am – 6pm

Salary: £12.71 - £13.13 per hour, plus a £1.00 per hour Team Leader supplement. Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for all hours worked above your weekly contracted hours.

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Chesterfield operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.

In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day.
