Job summary

Culina is seeking a Warehouse Operative at our Milton Keynes site. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday on rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) with a salary of £27,176.70 per year. You will move stock accurately and safely in a fast-paced beverage warehouse, supporting a reliable team.

Key tasks include picking, loading pallets with MHE/PPT, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding health, safety and housekeeping standards. Join Culina to support delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from designated locations in the warehouse.
• Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT.
• Ensure the correct quantity of product is picked.
• Maintain health and safety at all times.
• Keep high housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Report damages and follow warehouse procedures for MHE operation.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

Salary: £27176.70 per annum

What you'll be doing:

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

What we're looking for:

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well
