Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited is seeking a General Showroom Manager for the Perth Showroom. You’ll manage a multi-million turnover showroom, recruit and develop a successful team, and drive sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role offers a basic salary of £34,900 with an uncapped commission structure (OTE £70k). Training includes a one-week residential program at our Academy in Barton-upon-Humber.

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Perth Showroom!

As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.

We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.
• Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
