Geely is recruiting a General Sales Manager for the Kings Lynn dealership. This role reports to the management team and oversees the sales department, driving performance and customer satisfaction. The position is 42.5 hours weekly, includes Saturdays, with an attractive OTE of £65,000 and a company car.

A strong leadership background in automotive retail is preferred. You will lead the team to achieve KPIs, manage deals, ensure FCA compliance, and maintain higher standards of the customer

Formación

• Leadership experience in automotive retail or sales management.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• You will build trust, exceed customer expectations and ensure an industry-leading buying experience while handling queries and complaints.
• Support the sales team in daily operations including customer contact, funnel management, deal building and stock readiness.
• Drive sales KPIs such as unit sales, profit per unit and finance penetration to meet budgets and forecasts.
• Complete paperwork accurately and provide reports on sales activities and forecasts.
• Collect customer and vehicle data to maximise the quality of the database while following FCA obligations.
• Strong leadership and track record of delivering results and customer satisfaction; motivation to push the department forward.
• Motor trade or car dealership experience is preferred but training will be provided.
