Listers Group in Kings Lynn is recruiting a Car Sales Executive for our Geely Dealership. The role focuses on understanding how our vehicles fit into customers’ lives, matching the right car with their needs, and guiding them through financing and contracts to ensure total satisfaction.

You will build rapport, maximise opportunities, and strive to exceed targets while adhering to FCA and data protection requirements. A UK driving licence is required and a company car is provided.

Qualificações

• Experience in car sales or retail/sales management is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Build trust and exceed customer expectations through qualification and first impressions.
• Maximise opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, and inquiries.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profitability, and finance penetration.
• Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurate data collection.
