Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the New Car Sales Team to meet targets and maximise profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and CSI scores across the dealership.
• Oversee compliance with manufacturer standards and FCA requirements.
• Guide stock presentation and the customer experience at the Mansfield site.
• Collaborate with Head of Business to drive brand launches and initiatives.
