Drive Motor Retail Limited in Scarborough is seeking an experienced Automotive General Sales Manager to lead our Sales team at the Scarborough site. You will motivate staff, drive performance and build a high-achieving team that consistently delivers results.

You know what it takes to win in automotive retail. You will own the department, develop your people and balance commercial targets with outstanding customer service, while promoting from within and supporting career progression.

• Ability to lead, develop and hold a Sales team accountable.
• Confident managing Sales KPIs, stock, pricing and appraisals.

Location: Scarborough
Basic Salary: £45,000
OTE: £65,000
Working Pattern: 5 days per week, with every Sunday off and one weekday off.
