We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated General Sales Manager to join our team.
The General Sales Manager will be leading a team of Sales Executives, Transaction Manager and Showroom Host. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them.
As a person, you are curious, creative, and enthusiastic. You have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen – never settling for just the status quo.
