Grenoside Surgery is seeking a maternity receptionist to cover 25 hours per week across two sites in North Sheffield. You will greet patients, handle enquiries and support administrative tasks within a busy GP practice, helping with triage and signposting as needed.

The role requires excellent communication, confidentiality and IT skills, with responsibilities spanning reception, appointment management and patient support. On-site work across Grenoside and Wadsley Bridge when required.

Formación

• Experience working in a GP reception or medical administration.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confidential handling of patient information and GDPR awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional manner.
• Manage enquiries face-to-face, by phone, and online systems.
• Signpost patients to appropriate services and explain procedures.
• Support Total Triage and clinical admin tasks.
• Open/close reception, maintain records, stock and admin tasks.
