Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of its York, NE client, a leading agricultural manufacturing and seed production company, for a General Labor Operator. You will be part of the Production & Operations Department, supporting conditioning, packaging, warehouse and shipping teams.

Fluency in English and reliability are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Typical shift options include 12-hour rotations with a 20.00/hr base pay and a 1.00/hr differential for eligible shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, overtime, weekends, and 12-hour shifts.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings and resume review.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support seed conditioning, packaging, warehouse, and production processes.
• Receive, inspect, process, and move seed inventory while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Perform packaging, labeling, palletizing, staging, and shipping activities.
• Assist with forklift operations, warehouse organization, and inventory tracking.
• Support facility cleaning, maintenance, 5S activities, and overall plant upkeep.
