Job summary

Staffline is recruiting General Operatives in West Yorkshire for a completion shift role. You will help ensure customer orders are accurately prepared for dispatch, packing bouquets and adding gift extras where required.

This is a busy, hands-on role with a 4 on 4 off pattern and a starting rate of £12.71 per hour. The role offers a path from temporary to permanent after a 12-week period and requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work at pace while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Processing and completing online customer orders.

General Operative to join a busy and fast-paced fulfilment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for

opportunity to secure a permanent contract after a successful 12-week temporary period.

Staffline is recruiting General Operatives in

West Yorkshire.

The rate of pay is

£12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts,

4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

11:00am to 10:00pm

Your Time at Work

As a General Operative you will be working on the completion shift, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and ready for dispatch. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and completing online customer orders
• Packing bouquets carefully into presentation boxes
• Adding gift extras and personalised items to orders where required
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and completed to a high standard
• Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
• Stacking completed orders onto pallets ready for collection
• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
