Job Purpose

The role of a General Operative is to produce Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) building products at our site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands-on role involves physical work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining high health and safety standards.

• Keep the work environment clean, safe, and orderly.

Role Requirements

• Experience in GRP manufacturing or general manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in operating machinery.
