Job summary

KKC UK in Wembley, London, is recruiting General Managers to lead our initial UK restaurant launch. You will help pre-opening, recruit and develop the team, and establish the operational standards for growth.

We seek hands-on leaders with restaurant or QSR experience, strong service and cost-control discipline, and a proactive mindset to help build a growing business from the ground up in the UK.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality or QSR operations.
• Experience supervising teams and managing day-to-day restaurant activities.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, customer service and operational controls.
• Commercial awareness, including staffing, stock management and cost control.
• Strong communication, leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach, professional integrity and the ability to work in a developing business.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ambition to improve business performance, develop people and contribute to the long-term growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening planning, restaurant readiness and launch activities.
• Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, service delivery and shift management.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop restaurant employees in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety and product quality.
• Manage staff rotas, attendance, labour deployment and team performance.
• Monitor sales, food costs, stock levels, waste and operating expenses.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Implement company SOPs, operational checklists and reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records and complete required audits and corrective actions.
• Work closely with senior management to establish consistent standards and support future UK expansion.
