Are you an experienced General Manager looking for a fresh challenge?

I am not just looking for a standard operator – I’m looking for someone with a natural passion for growing their business. Someone who will absolutely own this restaurant, look at the sales, the concepts, the offering and take the restaurant on to the next level.

The General Manager will be responsible for all operations within the 100 cover Premium Casual Dining Restaurant, busy Bar and Private Dining space.Your role is to provide the highest quality of guest service across all departments.

The ideal General Manager will have experience/ knowledge in the following areas;

• Managed a high volume Premium Casual Dining Restaurant
• Strong knowledge of both Bar and Restaurant operations
• You will need a strong operational background within the Hospitality industry, with a sound knowledge of Food and Beverage.
• A previous track record of growing revenue within your previous sites, driving the sales and pushing the business forward
• A strong people manager, with fantastic leadership skills and a real motivator
