Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is assisting a premium dining venue in Manchester in finding an Assistant General Manager to lead on-floor operations and guest service. You will work closely with the General Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead from the front across service, onboarding, training and people development, ensuring consistent application of brand standards and a brilliant guest experience in a busy premium setting.

The Opportunity

I’m working with a fantastic premium restaurant and bar in Manchester looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team.

This is a hands-on, floor-focused role where you’ll work closely with the General Manager, taking real ownership of the day-to-day operation.

You’ll lead from the front across service, onboarding, training and people development, ensuring the team consistently delivers a brilliant guest experience.
