About You

• A hands-on, floor-led General Manager with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Proven experience within high-quality independent restaurants is essential; candidates with predominantly hotel-based backgrounds will be less suited to this role
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating at General Manager level
• Proven ability to drive revenue, sales performance, and overall business success
• Naturally engaging, personable, and relationship-focused
• A strong and inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
