Search is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a premium Belfast restaurant within a growing multi-site group. You will drive guest excellence, team performance and responsible financials in a hands-on leadership role.

The package includes £50,000-£55,000 basic salary with £65,000-£70,000 OTE, performance bonuses, ongoing training, annual reviews and progression opportunities within the group.

We're looking for a driven, commercially minded General Manager to lead a high-performing restaurant in Belfast. The Package

• £50,000-£55,000 basic salary

The Role

As General Manager, you'll take full ownership of the restaurant's day‑to‑day operation, leading from the front and ensuring the team consistently delivers an outstanding experience for every guest.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the management team and wider restaurant team.
• Delivering exceptional service standards and maintaining a welcoming, premium guest experience.
• Taking ownership of sales, labour costs, profitability and overall commercial performance.
• Driving performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
• Building a positive, accountable culture where people feel supported and motivated to succeed.
• Recruiting, training and retaining great people, with a focus on developing future talent.
• Maintaining high standards across food, service, health and safety, and operational compliance.
• Working closely with the wider business to deliver company initiatives and support long‑term growth.
