Job summary
Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting for an Assistant General Manager in Belfast for a premium restaurant group. You will partner with the General Manager to direct day-to-day operations, lead a large team on the floor, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining exceptional hospitality and strong financial performance.
The role offers a guaranteed salary of £46,500 with menu cycle bonuses up to eight times per year and potential to earn up to £55,000 OTE.
Qualifications
- Experience leading large teams in premium or high-volume restaurants.
- Excellent guest service focus with a track record of revenue delivery.
- Strong on-floor leadership and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and develop a large team, fostering a positive culture.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Drive sales, profitability and control labour costs.
- Coach managers and staff, supporting succession planning.
- Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance.
- Set frontline standards during busy services and lead by example.
- Build strong cross-site relationships to support group-wide success.
