Qualificações

• Previous experience as Assistant General Manager or similar senior restaurant management role.
• Experience in premium/high-volume restaurant groups.
• Ability to lead and develop large teams.
• Hands-on management with strong floor presence.
• Commercial focus including sales, labour costs and profitability.
