Job summary

Lumino Lounge, part of Loungers, is seeking a General Manager to lead the new site in your local area. You’ll run a hands-on operation, recruit and develop a strong team, and partner with the Head Chef to ensure excellent hospitality and community presence.

You’ll own scheduling, performance reviews, and community engagement while driving GP and guest satisfaction. This role offers progression within a growing brand and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant/hospitality teams.
• Proven ability to manage GP, labour, and stock.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Lumino Lounge and lead 14 shifts with cohesive teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with clear growth plans.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on food quality, stock, and standards.
• Monitor GP, labour, stock, and KPIs to drive improvement and decisions.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and align across the team.
