Loungers is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for Lumino Lounge, a brand-new site. You’ll support the General Manager, mentor a dynamic team, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams on the floor and coordinating shifts.
• Ability to manage end-to-end shift operations including cash handling.
• Strong customer service skills with a hospitable approach.
• Knowledge of allergen and food safety standards in a busy venue.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and motivate the team.
• Coach team with feedback to maintain high performance.
• Support General Manager with rota, stock, and KPIs.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and maintain service standards.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
• Be a welcoming host and build the Lounges reputation locally.
