Pascolo Lounge, part of Loungers, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the opening team at a brand-new site in your area. You will recruit and develop a diverse team, ensure exceptional hospitality, and run the lounge like it’s your own business.

You’ll manage GP, labour, stock, and customer experience while building community relationships and maintaining front-line leadership across all shifts. Overtime is paid and a clear progression path is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to build and lead teams in hospitality.
• Strong customer service focus and community engagement.
• Ability to manage GP, labour, stock and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Experience across restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Leadership experience at GM/AM/Dept Manager level preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead Pascolo Lounge operations and opening team.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with Head Chef on food quality, stock, and timelines.
• Monitor financials and key metrics to drive profitability.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and maintain service standards.
• Engage with local community and manage social presence.
