Job summary

Dometic is seeking a General Manager for the UK/US Blind Systems business, based in Selsey. You will oversee full P&L, lead a multi-site manufacturing and commercial team, and drive strategic growth in a global, matrix environment.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record in manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement across regions. Travel within UK/Europe/US is expected.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent executive leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability.
• Significant experience leading manufacturing operations within a complex, multi-site environment.
• Proven ability in strategic planning, business transformation and operational execution.
• Strong commercial acumen in a B2B manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the business strategy for UK/US Blind Systems with P&L responsibility.
• Oversee manufacturing across Selsey (UK) and Vermont (USA) ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Lead financial governance, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation.
