Job summary

Dometic is seeking a General Manager in Selsey to oversee UK/US Blind Systems with full P&L accountability, setting strategic direction and driving operational excellence across manufacturing, supply, and customer service.

You will lead the UK and US operations, partner with the Marine Leadership Team, build a high‑performing culture, manage budgets, and pursue sustainable growth while upholding compliance and ESG standards.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent executive leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations across multi-site environments.
• Strong strategic planning and operational execution.
• Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership aligned with Dometic's Purpose, Vision and Values.
• Develop and execute the business strategy aligned with the Marine Division and Group objectives.
• Deliver sustainable profitable growth through operational excellence, innovation and customer focus.
• Lead manufacturing operations across Selsey, West Sussex (UK) and Vermont (USA).
• Build strong strategic relationships with key customers.
• Coach, mentor and develop future leaders.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all functions.
• Champion a proactive safety-first culture and ensure HSE compliance.
• Oversee governance, internal controls and risk management.
