Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a General Manager for Ember Inns in Ambleside. You will lead a site within our Innkeepers Collection, managing operations, guest experiences and a team across a 7-room hotel attached.

The role offers potential onsite accommodation and a comprehensive benefits package as part of the Mitchells & Butlers group, with a strong focus on delivering memorable guest experiences and driving business results.

Job description

At the White Lion Hotel we recognise a good General Manager is key to our success. You’ll build a business to be proud of, help to grow your team and smash targets.
