Job summary

Zizzi is seeking a General Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a busy restaurant with energy and standards. You will manage front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand integrity across daily operations.

As GM you will drive labour and stock controls, coach your team, deliver growth through KPI performance, and uphold health, safety and food safety policies while delivering a great guest experience.
