Zizzi Restaurants in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on the floor, step in for the GM when needed, and uphold our high standards of hospitality in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

You’ll coach front‑of‑house teams, drive guest satisfaction, monitor service and KPIs, and grow with the brand toward General Manager. Salary starts at £31,800 per year plus troncs and benefits, with a 45‑hour week and flexible scheduling.

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Coaching teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Obsession for maintaining high brand standards.
• Experience delivering business growth and meeting KPIs.
• Results-focused mindset with keen interest in business results.

Responsibilities

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Live and breathe the customer journey, coaching your front of house team to deliver standout, "feel-good" hospitality every day.
• Support team development by giving constructive feedback, building confidence, and keeping team spirit high.
• Take full ownership of the restaurant's "curb appeal", keeping standards and safety spot on.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be "better than yesterday".
