Zizzi in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the dining floor and partner closely with the General Manager. This hands-on role covers shift leadership, maintaining food and service standards, and keeping the team inspired during busy periods.

You will coach front-of-house staff, monitor KPIs, and contribute to delivering a standout guest journey, with a clear path toward General Manager and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Examples of coaching teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• An obsession for maintaining high brand standards.
• Examples of delivering business growth and meeting KPIs.
• A strong results-focused mindset with a keen interest in business results

Responsabilités

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Live and breathe the customer journey, coaching your front of house team to deliver standout, "feel-good" hospitality every day.
• Support team development by giving constructive feedback, building confidence, and keeping team spirit high.
• Take full ownership of the restaurant's "curb appeal", keeping standards and safety spot on.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be "better than yesterday".
