Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach teams to deliver standout guest experiences.
• Strong obsession with maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Live and breathe the customer journey, coaching your front of house team to deliver standout, "feel-good" hospitality every day.
• Support team development by giving constructive feedback, building confidence, and keeping team spirit high.
• Take full ownership of the restaurant's "curb appeal", keeping standards and safety spot on.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be "better than yesterday".
