Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced hospitality, retail, or QSR environment.
• A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front and set the standard for others.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive sales, profitability, and productivity.
• Experience managing key business metrics, including labour, sales, food costs, and controllable expenses.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating loyal Flavour Cravers.
