Job summary

QSRP's Chopstix brand in the UK is seeking a Bench General Manager to lead future store openings across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced hospitality or QSR environments.
• Hands-on leadership style, coaching and setting the standard for others.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales, profitability and productivity.
• Experience managing labour, sales, food costs and controllable expenses.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating loyal customers.
• Ability to coach, develop and inspire individuals while fostering inclusive team cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams and drive day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning.
• Monitor performance data and drive sales, profitability and productivity.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety and operational excellence.
• Support regional growth through store openings and leadership development.
