Responsibilities

• Lead from the front delivering exceptional guest experiences and being the face of the restaurant.
• Drive performance achieving and exceeding brand and restaurant goals.
• Work closely with Operations Manager and teams across the North West to support our people and deliver results.
• Inspire and develop your team creating a fun, motivating environment while nurturing talent.
• Ensure safety and compliance keeping the restaurant running smoothly and legally.
• Be commercially aware understanding how decisions impact the wider business.
