Bella Italia, part of The Big Table Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its busy restaurants in the North West. You’ll mentor teams, drive guest experiences, and push performance to exceed brand and restaurant goals.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, ensure safety and compliance, and champion a fun, inclusive culture where staff grow and guests feel cared for.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front delivering exceptional guest experiences and being the face of the restaurant.
• Drive performance achieving and exceeding brand and restaurant goals.
• Working closely with Operations Manager and restaurant teams across the North West to support our people, strengthen our teams, and deliver great results.
• Inspire & develop your team creating a fun, motivating environment while nurturing internal talent.
• Ensure safety & compliance keeping the restaurant running smoothly and legally.
• Be commercially aware understanding how every decision impacts the wider business.
