Cornerstone pubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy venue in Lutterworth. You will rise to the challenge of building a thriving business, developing your team, and delivering a warm welcome for guests.

Responsibilities include driving sales growth, upholding brand standards, and recruiting talented staff. A personal license may be required to operate the business, with a salary of £34,000–£38,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team in delivering experiences.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure they delight customers.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Able to acquire a personal license if needed.
